Road Traffic Accidents

This is the most common form of injury. According to Department for Transport figures over 290,000 people were casualties of road traffic accidents in 2003.

If you have been an innocent victim of a road traffic accident (whether as a driver, a passenger, cyclist or a pedestrian) you are very probably entitled to compensation. The compensation is usually paid by the driver’s insurance company, but what if the driver is uninsured? In this case things are more complicated but by no means impossible – we can still help.
