This is the most common form of injury. According to Department for Transport figures over 290,000 people were casualties of road traffic accidents in 2003.

If you have been an innocent victim of a road traffic accident (whether as a driver, a passenger, cyclist or a pedestrian) you are very probably entitled to compensation.
