Dental Negligence

jaw xrayLike all care workers, dentists have a “duty of care” to their patients and must ensure that they receive the correct treatment in the correct manner. Most of the time this is exactly what happens, however, not always. If you have received dental treatment that has gone wrong, you may be able to make a dental compensation claim. Most dental procedures – even major ones - are performed very regularly and are therefore considered to be relatively “routine”. If they go wrong it’s entirely possible that this is the result of mistakes made by the dentist (rather than inherent risks associated with the procedure) and can result in a dental negligence claim.
